101 things…1,001 days

Starting January 1, 2010, I hope and plan to accomplish each and every one of the items on the list below over the course of 1,001 days. I have until September 27, 2012. I think I can do it! It will be a great way to start the new decade and my 30s!!! As you can see, many of them have specific numbers of times I want to do something. I hope over time, these things will become habits and part of my everyday life…baby steps! I will update my progress often (hopefully really often!!!)

13        Run a race that is at least 10K (26 September 2010, Navy Five-Miler)

14        Take the stairs at work one week per month (0/33)

15        Attend a group exercise class twice a month (61/66)

16        Learn how to strength train on my own
